Abstract

We show that the only Pell numbers which are factoriangular are 2, 5 and 12.

Description

Luca and Gómez-Ruiz [8], proved that the only Fibonacci factoriangular numbers are 2, 5 and 34. This settled a conjecture of Castillo from [3]. In this paper, we prove the following related result.
